Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting a sale order on our site. By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms of Website Use.
We recommend printing and retaining a copy of both documents for your records.
Formation of Contract
Our site is intended for use by individuals registered with us and residing in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. At our discretion, we may accept or decline orders from outside these regions.
A contract between you and us is formed once we receive your sale order. This contract includes these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Website Use. See our "How It Works" page for further information.
You must have full ownership rights to any device(s) you submit to us. Ownership of the device(s) transfers to us once we receive the item(s) and issue payment, thereby finalizing the contract.
The contract is legally binding for both parties, including any successors or assigns.
You may not transfer or assign your contract or any related rights or obligations without prior written consent. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, subcontract, or otherwise manage our rights and obligations at any time.
Cooling-Off Period:
You may cancel the contract up to the point of sending your device, provided:

The contract was formed exclusively via distance communication (phone, letter, fax, or email).

You are an individual acting outside of a business capacity.

If you cancel within this period, you are not required to give a reason and no fees will apply. Cancellation must be communicated in writing.
Once the device is sent (outside of the cooling-off period), cancellation is no longer permitted unless the device fails to meet our conditions.
Important:
Only send devices if you are legally entitled to do so.
For Consumers
By placing an order, you confirm that:

You reside in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.

You are accessing our site from those territories.

You are legally capable of forming a binding contract.

You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

You and your guardians release us from liability for any breach of this warranty.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
For Businesses
By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are authorized to act on behalf of the business.

You are based in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.

You are legally capable of forming a binding contract.
Device Conditions
Devices submitted must match the make and model specified in the sale order and fit one of the following categories:
Brand New (Sealed)
Excellent Condition:

No scratches, dents, or marks.
-
Fully functional (buttons, sensors, Face ID, etc.).
-
Battery health ≥ 90%.
-
No signs of liquid damage.
-
Device has original, unmodified software/hardware.
-
Do not send accessories or the original box.
Good Condition:

Minor cosmetic signs (up to 3 light screen scratches; up to 5 housing scratches).
-
Fully functional.
-
Battery health ≥ 80%.
-
No accessories or box should be sent.
Faulty: Examples of faults include:

Physical damage (cracks, deep scratches, etc.).

Non-functional components (buttons, sensors, cameras).
-
Liquid damage.
-
Battery health < 80%.
-
Modified or non-UK devices.
-
Activation lock or account lock present.
-
Devices missing internal components or heavily damaged will not be purchased.
If a device doesn't meet these conditions, we will email a revised offer. If you decline, we will return the device. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, the new offer will be processed automatically.
Data Risks and Precautions
When submitting a device, you release us from any responsibility concerning any data left on it.
We strongly advise:

Deleting all personal data before sending the device (use our Mobile Data Delete Tool).

Activating a PIN or remote wipe, especially for non-working devices.

Remember, non-functional devices may still contain accessible data.
We require all partners and buyers to wipe any data from devices before resale, but we are not liable for any breaches.
SIM Card Responsibility
Remove any SIM cards before sending your device. We are not responsible for call charges incurred on SIMs left in devices. SIM cards cannot be returned.
Lost or Stolen Devices
Selling a device that you do not legally own may constitute a criminal offense.

Prices listed on our website may change at any time without notice.

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Once you place an order, the quoted price is valid for 14 days from the approval date. Devices received after this window will be revalued at current prices.
Payments
Currently, we offer cash on collection.
Bank transfers will be available soon.
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including legal compliance requirements.
Activation Locks
If your device is activation locked (Apple or Google), we will contact you for removal instructions.
Counterfeit devices cannot be purchased.
