  • Can I send a Network-locked phone?
    Yes, we gladly accept Network-locked devices.
  • Do you accept stolen phones?
    Absolutely not. We do not accept stolen devices and take security very seriously.
  • Do you accept counterfeit phones?
    No. We do not accept fake or counterfeit devices. Counterfeit phones are illegal, can be unsafe to use, and are not eligible for trade-in.
  • Is your company legitimate?

  • How do I sell my phone?
    Step 1: Get an offer Get an estimate for your device in 2 minutes. The final offer is confirmed after inspection. Step 2: Complete your details We'll arrange a suitable day and time for collection in person. Step 3: Get paid quickly You can receive payment the same day as inspection!
  • The condition of your phone
    It's important for you to choose the option closest to your phone's condition. If we receive a phone with more damage than expected we could lower your offer. Devices submitted must match the make and model specified in the sale order and fit one of the following categories: Phone condition: you can choose from - Brand New (Sealed) Excellent Condition: No scratches, dents, or marks. Fully functional (buttons, sensors, Face ID, etc.). Battery health ≥ 90%. No signs of liquid damage. Device has original, unmodified software/hardware. Do not send accessories or the original box. Good Condition: Minor cosmetic signs (up to 3 light screen scratches; up to 5 housing scratches). Fully functional. Battery health ≥ 80%. No accessories or box should be sent. Faulty: Examples of faults include - Physical damage (cracks, deep scratches, etc.). Non-functional components (buttons, sensors, cameras). Liquid damage. Battery health < 80%. Modified or non-UK devices. Activation lock or account lock present. Devices missing internal components or heavily damaged will not be purchased. If a device doesn't meet these conditions, we will email a revised offer. If you decline, we will return the device. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, the new offer will be processed automatically.
  • Can I send a Network-locked phone?
    Yes, we gladly accept Network-locked devices.
  • Where can I find out how much my phone is worth?
    On each phone model page our offer price is listed. The offer depends on the condition of your phone. You confirm the condition of your phone when you complete the online form and click "sell my phone". If you are unsure of the offer price please contact us and we'll confirm the offer over the phone.
  • How will I be paid?
    Payments Currently, we offer cash on collection. Bank transfers will be available soon.
